01/08/2016 - Cancelled appt at 47 hours instead of 48 hours due to family issues. Was told that she wouldn't be able to fill the appt and charged my card the $50 cancellation fee that day even though my appt was 2 days out. Very in-compassionate and greedy. Went to Fetal Visions and got the same services cheaper. Would not recommend to family or friends. The focus of this small business is clearly monetary and not consumer driven. Would give no stars if permitted.

01/04/2016 - Can not recommended this place enough! The couple that owns the facility are so sweet and really try to give you the best experience possible.
Facility is super cozy and comforting and I was treated like an old friend. I went for a 9 week ultrasound (wanted a nice pic to show family when we revealed at Christmas) - had a great experience! The ultrasound room was huge and very relaxing (music, comfy couch and table). I will definitely be scheduling my gender ultrasound in a few weeks so my husband can come along... I'm sure he'll be much more comfortable in this atmosphere as opposed to the clinical Dr's office. :) |
10/18/2015 - I had my ultrasound here yesterday to reveal the gender of our baby. The experience at Innerview ultrasound was amazing. Kelly is so sweet and accommodating, and her husband Joe is very friendly and also very knowledgeable at his job. It literally took him a minute or two to reveal the gender, even though my baby boy was being a stinker and not cooperating. Having our family in the room with me and my husband when we found out is something we'll never forget and something you can't do at most places. We loved this place so much, we've already made another appointment for us all to go back for 3D/4D ultrasounds. Can't wait! Thanks again for providing us and our family with such a relaxing atmosphere and wonderful experience. We'll be sure to recommend you to all our friends and family!

10/07/2015 - Best Place ever! I only have one son but went there twice for the gender and for the 3D. Both times it was a great experience. The technician is very knowledgeable and does a great job in looking for your baby's little face! :) His wife at the front desk is so helpful and friendly, and knew how to answer all of my questions. I have referred a bunch of friends there and they all love it! I have been there with my friends also to see their babies and the experience is always a pleasant one, I always cry of joy! :) Thank you InnerView Ultrasound!

05/10/2015 - We had our 3D ultrasound here two weeks ago. The atmosphere is wonderful and the experience was fantastic! I informed both owners that we chose not to find out what the gender of our baby is. We were 27 weeks at the time of the ultrasound. They both went to great lengths to ensure nothing was revealed or spoiled and we could still get a look at our baby's face without having to worry about a spoiled surprise. Both owners were fantastic to work with and made this so special for me, my fiance and my family. I felt so comfortable and will go back time and again for an experience like this one. We took home a video of our ultrasound, photos , a CD and a turtle with our baby's heartbeat. There's no price you can put on memories like these.

04/21/2015 - I was only there a few months ago my name is in the data base. I'd be happy to call and explain further If you'd like me too, but no I have not confused the location up with another one..it was that bad of an experience to not forget which location I was at. It's clear I don't remember the techs name but he's the only one there so we know who I'm talking about.

02/06/2015 - We had an early 14 week early gender determination 2d done. I can't say enough about this place! The room itself has mood lighting and a 60 inch projector screen! The tech we had was incredible. He took the time with us and would freeze frame shots and explain why the baby was laying this or that way or small fast facts! We made 2 more apointments to get our 4d ultrasounds done!!!! Definatley worth the money! So comfortable and relaxing! We also got a bunch of pictures, a dvd (13 mins) and a gift bag before we left!!!

01/05/2015 - My positive experience with this center started when I made my first phone call. The business is owned by a husband and wife and I ended up talking to the wife on the phone for a half an hour. She was unbelievably friendly, sweet, enthusiastic, and entertained all of my questions. The center itself is very clean and inviting. The other woman who works the front desk is equally as nice and friendly.
The room where you get the actual ultrasound is very comfortable. It's very cozy and dark, and you lay down and there is a couch for kids or extra family members, and a chair for your partner. There is a massive screen where they show you the ultrasound, it felt like we were in a movie. The husband is the one who does the ultrasounds and he is very friendly and witty himself. Just make sure if you don't want to find out the sex right then and there (for example, a gender reveal party) BOTH of the screens are turned off when he types in the sex onto the screen. Whereas with my first ultrasound which was about 30 seconds, this one lasted a while, about 20 minutes. He showed us multiple angles and we really got to enjoy it. We got some awesome sonogram photos to take home which he labeled for us so we knew what we were looking at. We also got to take a DVD home of our sonogram, complete with music playing in the background which makes me cry every time. We are having a BOY and found out at 14 weeks, but some people aren't able to find out from them until 16 weeks, just depends on your situation. I'd highly recommend. |
03/12/2013 - We came in here for a gender determination test, and expected the place to be almost clinical. But we were pleasantly surprised. The staff was very friendly and enthusiastic. We were scooted off to a spacious ultrasound room with a large viewing screen. The owner/technician did let us know that he had quite a bit of experience and that out of hundred determinations, he was only wrong 3 times - which was totally unnecessary bit of trivia.
As soon as we started off, he announced we were going to have a girl! A very pleasant change from our hospital technicians who weren't able to give us any definite girl/boy answer. The owner also took a teddy bear to explain the baby's position and took good video recordings at the right moments (our baby was twiddling her toes). Though the photo quality was far from impressive, the experience itself was worth it. And yes, we did have a girl so I wasn't his 4th mistake (yay?). |
03/31/2012 - I was a little disappointed with the overall experience here. I was referred by 2 other people who loved it, so of course I accepted their suggestion.
We went in for gender determination and a few cute pics to show the family. The technician was a man, I'm assuming his wife runs the front desk. He went on a mini-spiel about how experienced he was, how many he'd done and his accuracy in determining baby sexes. Great, just put the gel on and let's go. So, within 4 seconds, he announces he knows the gender and says "Its a boy", proceeding to show us the proof... with about 15 different angles. Unnecessary. I believed you the first time I saw it. You get 4 pictures with your visit, 2 of mine are of the wee bits (which, lets be serious, you just want to see the face, fingers and toes). That annoyed me a good bit. Then, he moved around so much and so fast that my husband couldn't even see what was going on... and he's a nurse by profession. Lovely. So, even if the baby was moving around, we wouldn't be able to tell for more than 3 seconds. I was disappointed... my references said that he was very good and would accommodate requests, but I didn't find that to be true at all. He wouldn't even let my mom videotape our faces as he was telling us the gender for the first time. I'm looking into other places to go, it really turned me off. |
02/18/2009 - We had a 3D ultrasound with our first baby, and because the second kid usually gets the shaft in the realm of, oh, pretty much everything, I figured that I would at least try to make the effort to get another one done with this kid. Not that I didn't want to see it on the ultrasound. I was more than happy to sneak a peak, but lets face it, the newness of pregnancy wears off by the third trimester (of your first pregnancy). Unless you're Michelle Duggar.
Anyway, my review. The place we went to was very similar to the place we went with our first (who was born in CA). Big projection screen, nice soft dim lights, ambient music, and comfortable "exam" tables. Think of the establishment as being kind of like your living room. Warm and inviting. The place was very clean, and the staff was friendly and professional. We had a really good experience. They were very patient with us having to referee our son, who was also remarkably well behaved, given that we had dragged him out of a nice nap. The ultrasound technician took a lot of time explaining things to us and had a decent sense of humor, which is a big plus in my book. You get a little dvd of some looped video footage, a few prints, as well as a good amount of pictures on disc. This isn't something that's diagnostic, but they will call your physician if they see something wrong, however, that's all they CAN tell you legally. They can't tell you if they've seen anything, but it's reassuring to know that they will call your physician if it warrants it. All in all, it's worth the money. If you want some nice 3D images of your baby, the gold package is really all you need and is definitely a nice keepsake momento for the baby book. I still love looking at the ones we had taken with our son, and he's two. |
